Authentication
How administrators and subscribers log in to VillageHub.
Admin Panel Login
Open the Admin Panel
Navigate to your unique admin panel URL. Each ISP gets a dedicated subdomain based on their registered tenant name:

Use the email and password you registered with. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll be prompted for your authenticator code after entering your password.
Password Recovery
Click Forgot Password? on the login page. Enter your email to receive a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.
Captive Portal Login
User Connects to Hotspot
When a subscriber connects to your WiFi network, they're automatically redirected to your dedicated captive portal URL:

Subscribers can authenticate via:
- Phone number — enter number, purchase package, get instant access
- Voucher code — redeem a prepaid voucher for immediate connectivity
- Existing account — auto-reconnect if they have an active package
Auto-Login
Returning users with active packages are automatically authenticated via MAC address binding. No need to re-enter credentials on reconnect.
Seamless access
Both admin and subscriber logins are handled automatically by VillageHub.
